Need a little help

I need some help finding a part number. I need the piece that holds the throttle cable in place. It's located on the underside of the tiller handle, just below the the throttle handle. It keeps the cable from moving when you turn the throttle handle. The motor is an '88 Evinrude, 25hp, electric start. Model #E25RLCCA. Thanks for any help you guys can give. The shop around here cant seem to find it. Maybe they just dont want to.
