Alright so I'm 100% new to boats but know my way around a vehicle. I recently bought an 1988 Tracker Marine with a 115 Mercury 6 cylinder 2 stroke. Boat has been sitting a out 10 years. I've got everything back in order and in working condition other than the motor. I've rebuilt the carbs, replaced fuel lines, plugs, plug wires. Compression from top down is 120, 114, 116, 110, 118, 120. My issue seems to be I'm not getting spark on the bottom 3 cylinders. Top 3 are fine. I read on here to swap the blue&blue/white and the red&red/white wires from the stator. No change to spark top 3 work bottom 3 don't. Do I have a bad set of coils or a bad switchboard? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The firing order is 153624. The switchboxes likely fire alternately. So one switchbox should fire 1,3,2 and the other switchbox should fire 5,6,4. Swap the switchbox wiring and see if the problem moves. If so, replace both switchboxes

Looks like the upper fires 1,5 and 3. If I'm following the wires correctly.
