Im looking for a Stator out of a 1971 Mercury 9.8hp 110, Anyone who has one please state so, fishing season is here, motor is broke.<br />Tks<br />Gary

Hi Gary,<br /> You're taking a risk on any used stators. New ones are available, albeit at a hefty price. However, if you don't have much in the motor, they're not too bad in the grand scheme. I priced them at NAPA for about $200, part #18-5855.<br />- Scott

Hi Gary,<br /> Sorry, didn't see you were in Canada. There are probably other sources in Canada for the parts - they're made by Sierra and sold through several outlets. Your local marine discount place most likely has the Sierra catalog and can order it for you - same part number. I don't think NAPA does online sales to the general public, but I could be wrong. Sierra has a site of their own (not sure what it is, but something like SierraMarine.com )<br /> Good luck....<br />- SCott
