NE Ohio cat fishing

Well, I missed the spring bass spawn. In fact I have yet to catch a bass this year. Now I see catfish hitting the top of the water. Are they spawing? I havent been to any big lakes lately just local ponds and parks. Since im not catching any bass, though I would try to catch some big cats. Anyone know of a good place in NE ohio to go?

Mosquito Lake is a popular spot. Nice channels and flat heads. It is also the number 1 inland lake for walleye.
