Navionics SD card on PC

downloaded PC chart program that claims will read Navionics SD card charts. when I try to open the files on the card, I get an error message telling me I need the security key. does anyone know where to find the key for the SD card? anyone familiar with the PC chart program ? thanks

They will usually email you the key when you buy the program
