Ok, so the Nationwide and Truck races won't be at the Milwaukee Mile.

But, the Nationwide series will hold a race at Road America in Elkhart Lake WI.

Been going to this 4 mile road course for 30 years. Can't believe it is happening.

Now, where to sit?

south hillside between turns 5 and 6?
north veranda between turns 5 and 6?
hurry downs ( turns 6-7-8) ?
turn 9?
Canada corner?

As much as I want to be there, the best seat will be in my livingroom, where I can see all 14 corners of action.

Re: Nascar Nationwide at Road America !!

Like you say Roscoe, I took my son to Pocono for his birthday to see the Penn. 500 and he loved it. It was my first Nascar race and I was pretty disappointed that from the grandstand you only saw 1/3 of the track. I'm with you that the best seat in the house is in my house in front of the HD screen. A roadcourse this must be especially true! All that said, the smells, sounds, and appreciation for the speeds they carry through a turn can't be felt at home.
