Name this style of bolt

I can and will post a picture tomorrow but I can't tonight. This is used on a roller arm adjustment on a trailer.

What would be the call name of a 1/2" - 18 x 3" (both length and thread count are estimated) bolt with a turned down and split end? Split so that a washer can be anchored to the bottom for weight bearing distribution. The split end is spread after the washer is attached. Think of the bolts on trolling motors that go though the washer that compresses against the transom. I need one with a hex head but the style is the same.

I can make them if I must but would rather just buy the two I need.

Not like and I have seen or that Google images shows.

That might be a good substitute for wash retention if I can find a better fit.
