Name color and rank

Why are the names of a few on here in green instead of blue? And second, why dont they have a rank, I.E. petty officer, captain.

The green names are for the few members that are AMTECH Technical Specialist. The ranks should've stayed, I'm not sure how come they were removed. I will look into that.
