nails and or screws protruding

Hi all.I have six nails and or screws popping up through the floor on my 16 foot carlson tri hull deck.They are causing some rust spots on the deck.Should i try to hammer or screw them back in and patch them or just try to remove em and patch em.thanks for any advice.

(R&R) remove them put sealer in the holes then replace them with new stainless steel screws
