I will be heading for Nags Head the first week of August. I will be in walking distance from the pier, so I expect to fish there, but was wondering about what I might expect to find for fish. I am considering a charter depending on the fish available. I have surf fished when I lived in Maine for blues, stripers, and flounder. I suspect surf fishing in NC will be similar, but having never been there I don't know for sure. If anyone has information about types of fish, techniques, and perhaps charter information, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. I do know about the website for Nags Head Pier, but the information on that site is pretty limited...Thanks for your help, Jim
