New-to-me old fiberglass boat. Many mysteries to be solved. One of them is identifying these white brackets on the transom. There's one on each side, mounted right below the handles.

Anyone know what they are?

How close is the other bracket to it? If it's within a reasonable distance, my first thought (CWG = calculated wild guess) is for a removable swim ladder.

That's what I was going to say but it's hard to know if we can't see the other bracket.
Durdy, what do you mean "There's one on each side"? Each side of what?

1 mounted under each transom handle, so 1 each side of the boat and too far apart to be removable ladder mounts....

Is it a small, lightweight fiberglass boat that could be moved (launched?) by hand, esp if it had removable wheels?

I think they might be mounts for a removable set of wheels, for use while the boat is turned upside down for storage

Looks too heavy for wheels I agree with the water ski bracket. We need more pictures.
