I purchased a coleman kayak and coupled it with a Humminbird Wide portable D.F. and a comp/time/temp. from bi-mart.<br />

I think Wal Mart do a range of rubber self tapping screws that will do the job, you must get the correct rubber drill for your pilot holes. :D :D

Y40: you could try glueing velcro to the base of the FF and the area you want to mount the FF to. Use a glue that Coleman recommend so you don't melt your inflatable. As for the transducer... no idea if it'd work, but maybe velcro again, they make severely strong velcro these days!

Actually, I do use industrial Velcro to attach the transducer. The back of the unit snaps under the net, and the handle has a strip of velcro

You can get glue-on D-rings for dry bags from Northwest River Supplies in Idaho (i think it's NRS.com)
