My First Novel

I was with some friends in Tennessee two weeks ago and a few retired Enlish professors were also there. I told them, "I'm almost finished with my first novel." They replied "Great, nice going, etc." That's when I dropped the bomb and said, "When I finish this one, I might read another one!"<br />You should've seen the look on their faces.
