Just picked up a 1968 Starcraft Star Trek V 15'. Wanting to have fun on the water with my family. Boat is in pretty decent shape with a later model Mercury 35hp.

Cool! They are fun for the family. Do you have any work you need to do to it? Have any pictures?

Replacing the throttle control cable and ignition switch (broken key) and adding some additional seating (has one at the moment). Will hopefully have pics to post very soon.

Looks like you found a fun making machine right there, what kind of shape is the interior in?

Don't see many Star Trek V's. Looks like the seating has been modified from original. Maybe the transom too.

Nice find. Make it safe and have fun.

Thanks for the replies. Seating has surely been changed. With 2 young boys, I am going to remove the raised platform at the front and put back the original cross seat. Thanks for the picture showing the original configuration. Will add another seat across from the driver. Had to change the control to pull the throttle cable instead of push. New ignition switch and kill switch will go on the dash. looking to replace the floor at the end of the summer, should be ok this go around. Hopefully I can post some pictures soon as I get a chance to work on it.

Haven't been able to do much lately with all this rain. I did replace the ignition switch and got her running. Since it sat up for over a year I would like to replace the water pump impeller and gaskets but I can't find what part number to order. Motor serial number is 0B138269 and model should be 1035717. Anyone know what kit to order? Thanks
