My Boat Sunk

I just returned to my mooring to find that my boat, including my 18 year old Yahama 25 horse outboard motor had sunk to the bottom of the bay. (saltwater - British Columbia). I retrieved the boat and motor after having been submerged for 2 days.

Is there hope for the motor? Any advice on how to approach getting it going again?
