My boat is listing

I have a 15' foot trihull open bow boat with a 65hp mercury. No matter what speed I travel the boat always list to the port side. At idle while fishing the boat remains level though. The other day my wife and I where out for a ride. My wife and I are in the front seats (we are about equal weight) and the boat lists to the port side. While the list is not extreme it is noticeable. Is there a physics law invented by Sir Newton that i am not aware of?

Invest in some automatic trim tabs, makes a world of difference.

Is the motor mounted in the center ? Can you move the battery and or fuel tank to the other side ?

Everything is spreadout equally. I have two batteries in the back, one for the trolling motor and one for starting on either side. The 6 gallon gas can is in the middle. Trim tabs make sense but still keeps me wondering why it lists to the port side. The main motor is centered. Could the weight of a 55lb thrust tolling motor make a difference? It is on the port side of the transom.

Every pound makes a difference. Transom area makes less difference because there is more boat to displace water. You could even have a small hook or rocker in the hull bottom.
