I bought my 69 anderson 16' with '76 115 evinrude 4 years ago after the hull and motor were completely refurbished (???). I love the older sport boats and was pumped to say the least- used it twice before I had problems- disappointment ensued for the next four years.I've since had to rebuild the motor and replace all electronics and finally got it wet last weekend. Taking it for a long weekend to enjoy the lake, kids, dogs and, hopefully, fish. I get a lot of comments on this boat- kind of like a restored car. Pumped again.<br /><br />I plan on buying an older cabin cruiser to restore as my retirement escape within a couple of years and will be bugging the hell out of you guys for some time to come. I'll leave the newer boats to more intelligent folks and stay firmly implanted in my youth. Incredible site-thanks.
