Took my daughter today, man did we catch the fish. She caught about twenty, and I probably caught that many and then some. We were catching red-ear. Caught probably 15 that were over a pound. I caught cat that was maybe 3lbs or so. We had fun and more importantly she had fun.

Way to go Nate! Those bream are about the hardest fighting freshwater fish you can find, pound for pound, IMO and the tastiest. Now you got 'er hooked on fishing, you'll have somebody to come get you at the old folk's home & take you fishing every now and then.

Awesome Nate, I went through a nasty devorce when my son was 4, only took him fishing one time when he was young. This last summer I took him again, he is 24 now. We had a ball, he is coming over often this summer and at least one time we are going to fish a tournament together as Stiltner and Stiltner. He never saw me, but I had tears a couple of times when he was in the boat. Do it while ya can, its what its all about.
