I presently am running an Eagle FishMark 320 on my console and would like to add a Humminbird Matrix to the bow. Since I already have the Eagle transducer mounted to the transom, will there be any interference if I mount the Humminbird transducer next to it? in other words, will two transducers mounted side by side interfere with each other?

Todd

Re: Multiple transducers???

The Garmin site says they will not interfere if the transducer frequencies are at least 50 KHz apart. If both are running at 200 KHz, you will have problems. If one can go low frequency (say 50 KHz) while the other is high frequency, it would not likely be any problem. But I have no first hand experience; others may.

Re: Multiple transducers???

You can run a 200kHz ‘ducer and a 233kHz ‘ducer without interference. Rule of thumb: mount the transducers at least 18-in apart, regardless of frequencies.
