I just got back from a trip to the Myrtle Beach area hoping to catch some fish on a local pier. Oh well the weather was beautiful (upper 60s low 70s) but it appears the fish have already left. Local waitress said they filled up coolers with spots 2 weeks ago....I dont go down this late in the year but did it any way. Had a nice little ride 3 1/2 hours but no fish. Here is a picture taken yesterday AM of the Cherry Grove pier north of Myrtle..
