I don't know if this will help but try going to activecaptain.com You have to register for it like you did for Iboats, and it's free like Iboats. It is interactive so you can chhange information if it is incorrect or just not there and you can update existing entries if things have changed.
I refer to it quite a bit when going out to familiarize myself with fuel depots and dockage when going on trips and going to new areas.
