Motor wont turn on a stringer outdrive

Hi all,

I have an OMC 175 with 302 in it. It has the stringer outdrive on it. My motor wont turn over. The starter sounds like its jamming somewhere. It just clunks so I know its its trying to turn. Battery is new and this is the first time its being used this year. No water with the oil either. Please advise possibilities. Hopefully its not a locked up motor. There is 2 wires on the back of the motor starboard side that has some kind of connector which isnt connected. Im hoping it has something to do with it. .

Ayuh,... Pull the Sparkplugs,+ see if that helps...
Otherwise, it Could be the Drive....

Could be rust in the cylinders if it ever had water in 'em.
