i have a 67 johnson super sea horse 60hp v4. Some times ill get full power other times i wont. so i checked out the spark and the motor wont run if i take off any plug on cylinders 1 and 3. but nothing at all happens if i take the spark off of cylinders 2 and 4. it will run the same but not full power. i checked the spark with a screwdriver cylinder 2 has a good amount of power number 4 is a little weaker. also the thing i think it could be is the plug wires when i had it dissconected from the spark plug i held the wire by the block and power was cuting right through the rubber so i dont kno if im losing power. they look fine and are 10 years old but only have about 3 years of runing on them. the points are nice and clean and adjusted this happen befor and i adjusted the points and it worked for about 2 trips but now back to this problem.
