MOTOR QUITS UNDER LOAD

I HAVE A 1989 MARINER 100 HP. WHEN YOU GIVE IT THROTTL IT QUITS. IT WILL RUN REAL SLOW AND WILL IDLE ALL DAY. WHEN IT QUITS IS FEELS LIKE IT RUNS OUT OF GAS. I'VE REPLACED FILTER,PLUGS,GAS LINE IN WITH BULB.

Have you tried pumping the bulb while underway?

My 1971 60 HP Johnson did the same thing when I bought it. I had to rebuild the carbs. It sounds like you have a fuel restriction of some sort.
