Motor/outdrive Rotation

I have 1985 Searay 270 Sundancer. It has twin 470's Both motors are running CCW. Is it normal for both outdrives to be running in same direction or should one be counter rotation?

It's done both ways. I guess it just depends on what works best on that boat.

I don't think when spending 60k on the boat ( when it was new), another thousand for lefthand alpha one would make a difference.
