Motor Issues?

Alright, so I was getting ready to winterize my boat and decided to run some seafoam thru it before shutting it down for the season. I set up a large bucket of water, and started up the motor.

I noticed increased smoke, but thats normal from running seafoam I've heard, but what concerns me is the fact that at idle, to really low speeds the tell-tale was non-exsistant to "spitty". Only when it was running full blast was there a constant stream. I have not had issues with this before today. Is it the seafoam messing with the power of the motor and not pulling water like its supposed to? Here is a short video of whats going on. http://tinypic.com/r/r09f1d/8]View My Video

I did blow up the flush/pee line with some compressed air the other day to try and clear some of the water out (this is before I decided to seafoam it), thats only other thing I can think of that I've messed with.

You should be fine, its common to have a bit less pea stream in a tank, and sea foam has nothing to do with the flow.

There is not enough water in the bucket / motor is too high out of the water.--------The impeller on those is easy to change and must be done every 3 years or so.----Your motor does not have an overheat warning system and water pump failure could easily destroy the motor.

I winterize my motor with storage oil then remove the lower unit, put it in the basement and remove the waterpump top. In the spring I put it together, grease the driveshaft splines and reinstall the LU. (My boat is off my property and the LU is worth some money to someone).

The water level was at least a good 2inchs over the Cal plate/intake, do I need to go deeper if Im testing in a bucket because of the bubbles? Sorry, but this is my first year owning a boat, and I know little about the inner workings of a motor. Things I HAVE done so far:

1. Changed LU bearing oil.
2. Changed Spark plugs
3. Carb Cleaned the intake
4. Seafoamed the motor.
5. Fogged the Intake (still need to spray some into the spark plug holes apparently)

My boat stays in my 3rd stall in my garge, so Im not concerned with any kind of theft or anything.

Water must be well over the pump in order for it to operate properly.------The motor must be lower in the water !!

It may be different, but.....I lived in Alaska for 30 years, and never "Fogged or Anti-Freeze...or anything else" to my outboards before the winter set in.
Run it dry of Fuel, and Water will dribble out the bottom if you leave it be. NEVER start that motor out of the water though. That pump impeller wont last a whole minute.
Battery wont last well out in the Barn or Garage though. Put them in the Basement or somewhere warm.
