more power

i have a 85hp evinerude 1972 ,it run just great ,it is on a 15' procraft ,i also have a 125hp evinerude for parts ,can i take the reedblock and carb from the 125 and install them on the 85,will this give me more power and a little more speed

Putting more gas into a motor with small ports and less cubic inch probably won't make it run better, maybe worse. The reeds are the same. Put the carbs on and try it.
