does anyone have any experience using Fluoro-
Resin hybrid line? so far I know I hate spiderwire
line, but looking to try another type. have a chance
to pick up 1,000yds. of YOZURI HYBRID Fluoro-Resin
L for about $20. price is good unless I throw it
away like I did with spidercrud last time...

MY .. just got off the phone with a boat captain from Sheboygan harbor and he said he liked the line overall.

no real gripes and no big praise but, said he was spooling it again next year.

MY if you go to e-angler.com or google you will see that the $20 is not the cheapest you can get it for.
Since it is a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene),It would be a very good idea to first find out what it does to your rod guides.PTFE's tend to be a bit slippery so you should count on extra strength knots.

u saying I can't tie a proper knot???
:p
MY biggest complaint with hybrid is cast-ability.
it's strong as hel1 though in my experience,
just doesn't have any feel when casting.

I've never seen your knots, but when I first started using this sort of line (spider)My knots kept slipping and I had to double knot everything.I suspect that this line has the same problem.

I was just razzin' ya on the knot thing buddy.
really never had problems with knots holding
on spider line myself. burn/melt the end rather
than cutting it ;)
