How does a person find when a Montgomery Ward Sea King 12 foot Aluminum boat was made? There's no date on boat or serial number. I need to licence the boat and the previous owner has died and the family can't find the title. The oldest boat decal on the boat is 1973 and the newest is 1984. Let me know. Thanks
