Monterey 250cr Port seat removal

Monterey 250cr Port seat removal. How do I remove the seat? The lounger on the port side of the cockpit area has some damage to it. I'm not sure how this piece is removed. Below is the cuddy celing. There are no screws visible or that I can feel. Is it possible it is guled in?

Post some pics of the seat...

It is most likely screwed down to the top of the deck...

If it's bolted the hardware will be hidden by the headliner.

Ok sooo to be more specific... Several UP CLOSE pics of the seat from various angles... Pull cushions off and look in any accessible places.

My 250 SeaRay Sundance has the same port seat. It is held in place with velcro. I don't think yours would be screwed in because then you have holes in the fiberglass and any water that finds its way under the cushion(and it will) can now enter the aft cabin headliner - not good.

As someone already suggested, if there is a Monterey forum I'd try there.

I was able to remove the seat. Remove the armrest and pull up from the back side. This is what the clips look like underneath. Attaches very similar to the arm rest.
