MODULE, IGNITION CONTROL (CDI) problem on a 15 BF 15 4 stroke outboard

I was given a 2006 15 Hp Honda outboard. The motor will start and run rough other times it run great. If I jiggle the MODULE, IGNITION CONTROL (CDI). in it's bracket. It will run smooth. I think one of the cylinders stops firing and when I move the MODULE, IGNITION CONTROL (CDI) it fires up. This also seem to happen at slower speeds. Once it is running on both cylinders it runs great until i slow down. I need help is it a bad wire or CDI problem.
