Modify trailer to be tilting

Hey, have any of you people modified a trailer that wasn't tilt to be tilt? I used to have a tilting Beatty Gator trailer for my 14' tinny, which I sold both this spring. Now I have an older EZ-Loader under my Sylvan, and some lakes that have lousy launches would be nice to be able to tilt. Any suggestions on making this a reality? I do have access to a fabrication/welding shop, so that end isn't a concern.
