1979 4hp john seahorse...I looked up the model number and cant find an exact match with mine? mine is (4w79d) what I find when I look for mine is (4w79) there is a "D" missing from the model#'s I find? does this mean anything?<br /><br />suzuki40

Yes it means something, I don't what. But for general purposes the answer is no. Basicly you have a 79 4hp johnson.
