model number needed for parts

I have a 9.9 Johnson that I can get the serial number off of, but cant read the model number. In shopping for some parts, some sites ask for the model, depending on what part I'm looking for. Can anyone tell me how to find the model using the serial number 8216688 ?
The plate on the motor looks like 010RCE, but the paperwork from the dealer says J1URCE, neither of which work.
I need a carb kit and impeller or waterpump kit.

Look for a core plug on the block about the size of a quarter, sometimes the model number will be there.
