Minn Kota trolling Pedal Issue

Dear sir or madam,

I have old Minnkota 70lb trollling motor from 2013 Basspro baot. But I have a issue about the pedal. When I press the front petal to the end, the trolling motor stop the position of 15-minute and I can't change to the pisition of 20-minutes. I have to press the real petal to the postion of 20-minute if I want to change it to the postion of 20-minute. It is not very smoothy during the run the trollling motor.

I have a old motorguide trolling motor, it does not have the issue.

Is this kind of Minn Kota trolling has issue?

I have to honestly say I haven't got a clue what you are talking about. Maybe a model number and some pictures would help clear that up.
