I have a 24v, 70pd minnkota powerdrive v2 that the motor fell off of the end. It is only 4 months old and assume it is under warranty but they are closed on the weekend. I was wondering if the motor is sealed or not. I was running it when the motor basically spun itself off the end of the shaft. Will water get in if it comes off the shaft and ruin it? Any way to get it back on? The threads on the shaft look completely stripped out. The weather is great today and wish I could be fishing. It sucks that their customer service is closed when most of their customers are using their products. Guess I should have bought a motorguide.
