minkota copilot

I have a Minkota Model Cordless R Trolling motor.Does anyone know if the Minkota copilot will work with this motor?The one I have has a cordless remote but it is a full size foot pedal.It is also very jerky when I change speeds and I hope maybe the copilot might help this problem.Thanks for any help.

The copilot will not work with this motor. It is designed to work only on the newer autopilot and powerdrive models.
