A good weapon if we are attacked by stuffed animals and that close range shot seemed effective.

And to think the N o R esponsibilities A ccepted wants you to be able to own one of these. For what reason? It has no purpose except to kill people. Yeah that's what our forefathers meant by the right to keep and arm bears. :)
Oh, wait, I meant keep and bear arms. :D

Somewhere, someone must have some common sense.

Not trying to be an a$$ David but that is EXACTLY what the forefathers had in mind. They wanted us to be able to KILL people should the NEED arise.

I respectfully disagree. During the era of the founding of this country, firearms were a necessity for life. If a person could not hunt and kill an animal, their family likely would go hungry. And no matter if our forefather's did intend for the arms to be used for murder, the intent was not all-inclusive.

As I said, someone somewhere has to have common sense, just not in the political lobbying organizations.

I agree that people needed the guns for hunting. They needed them for that before the USA was formed. The forefathers used guns to secure our freedom. They wanted to insure that we would be able to do so again should the need ever arise.

Does the NRA teach you to point your gun down to your feet after firing???????.I would think twice before becoming a member of that club.
