milky white in entry of carb

here is a pic of the carb I have a lot of milky substance before entry!

I opened the carb bowl and its perfect clear glass fuel line filter before carbs look perfect.

it is very humid with fog could that do it?

please help I am supposed to leave in a few hours for my trip

Looks more like condensation. You can see it on the outside of the fuel bowl too. As long as the gas in the fuel filter looks clear, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
