When I checked the oil on my port engine the dipstick was covered in what I thought was milky oil. It looked slightly foamy and whitish. So I changed the oil and it came dark brown/black. It didn’t seem like any water was in actually in the oil. This engine has the external dipstick that connects to the drain plug. Could this just be condensation inside the dipstick tube from the cool weather?
I was giving the engine a tune up And pulled the plugs. There was no water in the cylinders.
I attached a photo of the oil that was vacuumed out. Other than being very dirty for only having a couple of hours on it, it looked fine to me.
