Milky Oil in my lower unit

When I changed the oil, I found the milky oil. Two month ago I changed the bad water impeller, I only used 3 screws because 1 of 4 was bad. Also I did not apply glue to make the water impeller house sealed better. Later I checked the oil at the oil exit, I did not see the milky oil. After 2 times running in the water, the oil in lower unit was milky. What should I do?

You have to reseal the LU.
But first pressure test the LU.
Drain it from oil and pressurize it with the drain screw in and compressed air in at the vent hole.

Use a specific pressure tool or made one from a bicycle pump with a gauge.
Pressurize to 10-15 PSI and check if the gauge needle moves. It should holdt he pressure for at least 15-20 minutes.
You can also spray the LU with soap water and look for bubbles or put it in a bucket with water and look for air leak.

Easiest to drop the lower.
Drain like Nordin suggested.
Then mix some soapy water in a spray bottle.
Install the drain plugs and add some compressed air and spray the
places where it can leak??
Shift rod seal?
Drain plug seals?
Prop shaft seals?
Bearing carrier seal?
Drive shaft seal under the water pump?

The bad screw? Broken or stripped hole?
I think one of the 4 screws can leak into the oil cavity, can't remember which one?
But it would leak oil really bad if that screws missing.
