So I did again, bought another boat project. 1998 Glastron 185GS Volvo Penta 4.3 SX-M
Anyways, after a few days of running I noticed milky oil coming out of what looks like the bellows with the drive trimmed up. Popped the plastic shift cover off and found a bunch of white milky oil in there.

So I am planning to drain, remove drive, and order a seal kit.

My question is, I have narrowed the kit down to 3855275, which seems to include some strange grommet part and a black cylinder of some kind. My understanding from the diagrams is that there is only 2 parts to replace, the oil seal, and the seal that goes around the housing. What are these other parts for? It looks a little like the upper unit grommet.

Thanks
