i have a 97 tigershark 770 with a mikuni bn38 dual carbs but what i want to know is on the carb it has a pulse, do i have to hook that up to something and what does it do
I'll assume you meant pulse nipple for connecting a hose. If this is correct it then yes it should be connected to the engine. It receives press/vac pulses from the engine to operate the fuel body assemblyon the carb. which draws fuel from the fuel tank.
