mid St.Jhons river

Hey i just made my frist run from palatka to lake george on the SJ river. I have not been on that part of the river befor so i has woundering if anybody knows of any of the good springs or nice hot spots to stop. i did not really see much activity, i'm guessing thats due to it being the frist really good day today to be out on the water this year. There where a few groups havin partys out on some of the sandbars, i've heard on good days out there those partys can get pretty big to the point where you can't get your boat out of the group till people start pullin out.

sILVER GLENN IS NICE IT WAS A COOL PLACE A FEW YEARS AGO IT IS STILL NICE JUST NOT LIKE IT WAS .THE SAND BAR BEFORE THE RAIL ROAD BRIDG IS A COOL PLACE TO HANG OUT

If you go up in black creek aways there is a sandbar that alot of people party on once the water warms up. If you go up durbin creek there is a big rope swing where people will hang out as well.
