mid-70's johnson 115

I need to locate the model/serial numbers on a johnson 115. It is around a 1975-1976 model year, but I have no idea where to look for the model or serial numbers. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a 79 Johnson and the data plate/w numbers is located on the right side (as you face the front of the motor) on the transom mounting bracket.
