I'm going to attempt to translate. The bottom bolt is rusty and he would like to replace it. Why are there numbers on the bolts and what do they mean?

Answer: I believe the number "7" on the bolt refers to the grade, or strength of the bolt. Find another bolt with the same marking. Or you can go to the Tohatsu dealer and order the same bolt. It is really nice that the torque numbers are written on the intake manifold.

Very swift reply. Thanks a lot. If it is the "breech head", I prefer to not open it. Anyway, can you give the name of a trustful Tohatsu dealer on internet ?
I bought an impeller for water pump on internet, and I received a parson impeller compatible but more thin... Please HELP ME !

I would not worry about the bolt unless it bothers you.

the bolt looks to be stainless and simply have sealant on it.

No I'm sure it is rusty, I put some white fat on it. By now it is not so important, you are right.
Now, my scope is finding a good dealer for spare parts for Tohatsu in Italy.

boats.net has parts, but I don't know what it costs to ship to Italy. Tohatsu sells around the world, there must be a dealer in Italy somewhere. If you use the motor in salt, spray everything under the hood with silicone spray when you're done for the day. The silicone won't hurt the rubber and stops the rust and corrosion.
