Rich folk buy several homes......one where it's cool in the summer and the other where it's warm in the winter......unfortunately I'm not one of the rich folk. Living along the Texas gulf coast is great for the winter, but the summer, not so much.......

Now about Texas??? I LOVE Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast. And would move there in a minute. But way to many storms hit there, I live in Fl and the storms hit here but not like they get in Texas That said. Again Happy, Merry to all.

Jerry, you are in a good spot there on the Atlantic side......that big bend area between Pensacola and Tampa gets hammered a lot. My uncle lives in Jacksonville. Out of all those storms he only got rain and wind. Didn't even lose power. Merry Christmas and have a wonderful New Year!
