Merk 15 who needs to buy a new parts

Someone gave me this Mercury 15 horse and look how they put new parts on it, play ingenious really.

Mine says 0 views....not sure why it filmed sideways but I could see everything I needed to see. It's a 1992 Merc 15 and it runs great. Need some clamps and a new tiller.
Looks like I can use a 15, 9.9 and an 8. I believe this tiller was the kind that as you advance the throttle it puts it in gear.

Now I just need to find the parts.
