in the water or out?<br />anyway check the plugs after a good thrash and see what it looks like afterwards.maybe low idle jet needs adjustin (lean it out by winding it in 1/8 turn) Oil injected? Check the pump and throttle are syncronised.(marks on the oil pump arm line up at full throttle.)<br />Is the plug firing? Change it.<br />Low commpession? we wont go there!!
