mercury tilt trim release valve?

hi guys,
on 1991 merc 115 where is manual release valve. my up solenoid is gone and i need to manually move it up. how many turns do you turn valve. thanks for help

if im turning the right screw. the screw is on right side of engine (if looking from back) and its a plastic screw. if thats the one i turn it 2 turns3 turns .the engine would come up maybe 2 inches. so i tried it again until i saw a little fluid coming out. Still can only get it a few inches up. Is there a lock somewhere i need to release maybe. i never had to do this before.

Once it's released it should come all the way up. You said the up solinoid is bad you can simply jump the solinoid large post to large post to bypass the solinoid and raise the engine.

ok.. where exactly are the solenoids located.
